Zelda's Adventure is an action-adventure video game developed by Viridis and released for the Philips CD-i in 1994. Unlike previous entries in Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda series, Zelda's Adventure features a top-down perspective reminiscent of the original Legend of Zelda, and takes advantage of the CD-i's multimedia capabilities for full-motion video cutscenes. Players control Zelda as she embarks on a quest to rescue Link from the clutches of the evil Lord Ganon and save the kingdom of Tolemac.
