Wolfenstein 3D for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) is a first-person shooter (FPS) game developed by id Software and adapted by Imagineer for the SNES. Players embark on a mission to escape Castle Wolfenstein while battling Nazi soldiers and other enemies. Due to Nintendo's content policies, the game's violence and Nazi references were significantly toned down compared to the original PC version. Players navigate labyrinthine levels, searching for secrets, ammo, and health, aiming to defeat the bosses and ultimately confront the dictator behind the enemy force.
