How to Ship Your Controller for Repair

Shipping your repair to us is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Pack It Securely – Wrap your controller in bubble wrap or other padding and place it in a sturdy box to protect it during shipping.

2. Include a Note – Be sure to add a note with your name, return address, phone number, email, and a brief description of the issue (e.g., stick drift, button not working, won’t sync, etc.).

4. Pick a Shipping Method – Use your preferred carrier with tracking. For rare or expensive controllers, consider insurance for peace of mind.

Once your item arrives, we’ll inspect it and get to work. Service can take 2-4 weeks.
