Super Pitfall (3-Screw) is a classic adventure-platform video game for the Nintendo NES system. Developed by Micronics and released by Activision in 1987, the game is part of the Pitfall series. Players control Pitfall Harry in his quest to rescue his niece Rhonda and cat Quickclaw from a dangerous jungle. The game uses side-scrolling and vertical-scrolling perspectives, incorporating 270 screens packed with treasures, traps, enemies, and diverse paths. It requires players to explore, climb, jump, and shoot their way to victory. Unique amongst NES games, it's referred to as 3-Screw due to the three screws on the back of the original cartridge.
