Raiden is an iconic vertical-scrolling shooter game originally developed by Seibu Kaihatsu and released in 1990. It was later ported to the Atari Lynx handheld system, among other platforms. The game is set in a future where players control a fighter aircraft to battle against waves of enemy ships and bosses.
