1. Pack It Up Safely – Use plenty of padding to protect your item during transit. No need to include any other parts (like power cables or controllers), just the item selected for repair. Make sure everything is secure in the box.

2. Include a Note – Add a note with your name, return address, phone number or email address, order number and a brief description of the issue you're experiencing.

Once your item arrives, we’ll inspect it and get to work. Service can take 2-4 weeks.
