Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes is a crossover fighting game developed and published by Capcom. It was released for the Dreamcast in 2000. As the fourth installment in the Marvel vs. Capcom series, it features a large roster of characters from both Capcom's video game franchises and comic book series published by Marvel Comics. Players select a team of three characters to engage in combat and attempt to knock out their opponents. It is renowned for its fast-paced gameplay, extensive roster, and the new 'Variable System' that allows players to tag in other team members at any point during the fight.
