Haunted House is a survival horror game for the Atari 2600 console, released in 1982. In this spine-chilling adventure, players navigate the eerie corridors and dark rooms of the Graves Mansion to locate three pieces of an urn, all while avoiding bats, spiders, and the ghost of Mr. Graves. With limited visibility represented by a pair of eyes illuminated by matches, gamers must use strategy and memory to find their way through the pitch-black mazes spread across the mansion's four levels. Haunted House is considered a pioneer in the horror genre for video games.
