Dying Light: The Following for Xbox One is a first-person, open-world action-adventure survival horror game. An expansion to the original Dying Light, it introduces a vast new rural area, drivable and customizable buggies, and a mysterious cult. Players continue as protagonist Kyle Crane, who embarks on a quest to infiltrate and understand the cult while mastering new combat techniques. The game maintains the parkour movements and day-night cycle mechanics, where zombies are more aggressive at night, and blends in RPG elements with a focus on exploration and player choice.
