Dragon's Lair 3D: Return to the Lair is a 2002 action-adventure video game developed by Dragonstone Software and published by Ubisoft for the GameCube. The game is an updated 3D rendition of the original 1983 Dragon's Lair arcade game. Players take on the role of Dirk the Daring, a knight attempting to rescue Princess Daphne from the evil dragon Singe. The gameplay is a mix of platforming, puzzle-solving, and combat. As an homage to the classic animated game, it features hand-drawn animation and a style that emulates the work of the original's creator, Don Bluth.
