D - 3DO

D is a horror themed interactive movie and adventure game originally released in 1995 for the 3DO. It was developed by Warp and directed by Kenji Eno. The game follows protagonist Laura Harris as she goes to investigate a hospital after her father goes on a murderous rampage and takes hostages. Combining puzzle elements with a creepy atmosphere, D was notable for its lack of save functionality, requiring players to complete it in one sitting. Later, it was ported to Sega Saturn, PlayStation, and MS-DOS.
