Baroque is a Role-Playing Game (RPG) for Sony's PlayStation 2. Set in a post-apocalyptic world, it has distinct survival horror elements melded into its gameplay. Known for its dark and eerie atmosphere, players navigate labyrinth-like dungeons, battling grotesque creatures and recovering items essential for survival. Players control an amnesiac protagonist, uncovering the truth behind a calamity that destroyed the world. Baroque's unique feature is its nonlinear narrative which changes based on player's actions and decisions. It further stands out due to its Roguelike elements, where death is integral to progress the game's complex storyline.
