Valkyria Chronicles Remastered is an enhanced version of the original tactical role-playing game, Valkyria Chronicles, released for the PS3 in 2008. The Remastered edition arrived on the PS4 in 2016, featuring improved graphics with support for 1080p resolution and 60 frames per second, along with all previously released DLC. Set in the fictional continent of Europa, the game follows the story of Squad 7 of the Gallian Militia as they fight against the invasion of The Empire in a World War II-inspired setting.
