Target Renegade - NES

Target Renegade is an action/beat 'em up game on the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). Developed by Taito, it was released in 1988. Players control a vigilante (named Renegade), who fights against a gang that has taken over the city. The game is unique for its inclusion of a two-player cooperative mode. The player traverses various city landscapes and fights enemy gang members employing punches, kicks or any weapons they drop, like bats and brass knuckles. The game is recognized for its challenging gameplay, urban setting, and two-player co-op mode.
