Section Z is a side-scrolling shooter game developed and released by Capcom for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1985. The player controls an astronaut, navigating through an alien space station divided into 26 sections, from A to Z. Each section features a variety of enemies to defeat, using both shooting and evasion tactics. Each section ends with a direction selection, adding a layer of strategy to the game progress. The game is challenging as there is no option to save or continue, once a player dies, the game restarts from the first section.
