Rune Factory 5 is a role-playing simulation video game developed by Hakama and published by Xseed Games. As part of the Rune Factory series, it combines farming, dungeon exploring, and social simulation mechanics. Released in 2021, the game follows players who travel to the fantasy town of Rigbarth, suffering from amnesia. As they restore the town and farm, they also forge relationships with its residents, combat monsters in real-time combat, and unravel the character's lost memories. Rune Factory 5 expands upon its predecessors by introducing a more expansive 3D world and new gameplay features.
