Fatal Rewind, originally released as The Killing Game Show on Amiga and Atari ST, is a 2D shoot 'em up platform game developed by Raising Hell Software, which was later known as Bizarre Creations. It was published by Electronic Arts in 1991 for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive console. The game tasks players with navigating a robotic suit through hazardous levels while battling enemies and avoiding traps. Notably challenging, it featured a unique gameplay mechanic where the terrain constantly scrolls upwards, forcing the player to ascend constantly or face instadeath from the 'fatal rewind' of the title.
