Doom Troopers, also known as Mutant Chronicles: Doom Troopers, is a side-scrolling action platformer based on the Mutant Chronicles universe. Released for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive in 1995, the game allows players to fight through various levels with a selection of weapons. Players can choose between two characters, Mitch Hunter and Max Steiner, to battle against hordes of mutants and other enemies. With its dark sci-fi setting and challenging gameplay, Doom Troopers became known for its gritty atmosphere and cooperative play option.
