DayZ for Sony PS4 is a gritty, open-world survival horror hybrid-MMO game where players follow a single goal: to survive in the post-apocalyptic world as long as they can. With no superficial tips, waypoints, built-in tutorials or help given to players, every decision matters. Players must scavenge for food, water, weapons, and supplies while battling infection and other survivors. Interaction with other players is key, as allies can be made, but betrayal is never far off. The game is unforgiving, with permadeath and the constant threat of zombies and hostile players at every turn.
