Released in 2013, Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag is an action-adventure game developed by Ubisoft. It is the sixth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series. The game is set in the Caribbean during the Golden Age of Piracy in the early 18th century and follows notorious pirate Edward Kenway, grandfather of Assassin's Creed III protagonist Ratonhnhaké:ton.
