Darkwing Duck is an action-adventure platform video game for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES). Developed and published by Capcom in 1992, it's based on the Disney television series of the same name. Players take control of the titular character, journeying through various levels based in the city of St. Canard to combat a host of enemies. Darkwing carries a gas gun which can fire in a various directions to dispatch foes. He also uses a cape to block bullets as well as swing from hooks. With its colorful graphics, challenging gameplay, and story draw from the beloved TV series, Darkwing Duck is a nostalgic gem for NES fans.
